The Parker Family Scholarship
The scholarship is open to all Richmond Public School high school seniors currently attending one of the eight high schools in the city. The eligibility requirements for the scholarship are below:

Attend one of the eight Richmond Public Schools for at least a year.

Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university.

Graduate during the spring or summer of the year 2023.

Have demonstrated financial need.
