Application Eligibility
Each Applicant must:
- A graduating minority female senior enrolled in a high school located in the Metro Richmond and surrounding areas (Chesterfield & Henrico).
- Possess a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher based on a 4.0 scale
- Accepted to a full-time study at an accredited four-year college or university and provide proof of acceptance.
