APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must be an African American female high school senior.
- Attends a public or private school located in Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico or Richmond City.
- Must be in the graduating class of 2024.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- Must write an essay of 300 – 500 word on “Why Do You Want to Get a College Education?”
