Residents of: John Randolph Foundation’s Service Area
Maintains a 3 GPA or higher
This scholarship is for students pursuing any course of study and planning to attend either John Tyler Community College, Richard Bland College, Southside College of Health Science, Virginia State University. Strong preference will be given to seniors attending Petersburg High School or who are registered at Petersburg High School and attending Appomattox Regional Governor’s School/Maggie Walker Governor’s School.
