Open to residents of selected cities in Virginia pursuing a course of study or receiving appropriate training as a full- or part-time fire fighter, police officer or emergency medical provider; OR currently volunteering or has volunteered as such in the past, OR a dependent of a full- or part-time fire fighter, police officer or emergency medical provider.
