Virginia Smiles – Katie Higgins Memorial Scholarship

Open to a student who meets the following criteria:

1.  must be a resident of Virginia and born with a cleft;

2.  must be registered to attend an accredited post-secondary educational institution;

3. must submit a completed application form; and must submit a 500 word essay explaining why he/she deserves to be awarded the scholarship.
