Virginia Child Care Provider Scholarship (VCCSP)
Eligibility
The Virginia Early Educator Scholarship Program is available for early educators working toward a Career Studies Certificate or AAS degree in Early Childhood Development and those enrolled in a SCHEV-accredited Montessori Certification Program.
To be considered eligible for a scholarship, individuals will be:
- an employee of an early care and education program located in Virginia, or
- a Virginia resident (as defined by the Code of Virginia) who intends to become employed in a Virginia early care and education program.
Annual scholarship application periods are:
- SUMMER 2026 March 15 – April 24, 2026
- FALL 2026 June 15 – July 25, 2026
- SPRING 2027 October 15 – November 21, 2026
