Bruce Kay Scholarship for Undergraduate Studies: Scholarships are awarded to selected undergraduate college students based on an expected interest in pursuing a career in the insurance and risk management industry. Consideration will be given based on academic and extracurricular achievements and application responses. Eligible students must be an undergraduate student enrolled in an accredited Virginia two or four-year college or university with an intent to enroll or currently enrolled in a business degree program with an interest in pursuing a career in the insurance and risk management industry.
