Delta Sigma Theta Sorority – Henrico County Alumnae Chapter

Applicant must reside or attend school in service area.  Transcript, essay, personal statement and letters of recommendation are required.  Must enroll in an accredited 2 or 4 yr. college/university in the fall.

Community Foundation – Mary Lou Lukhard Nursing Scholarship

Open to graduating seniors attending public or private high schools in Richmond City, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, New Kent and Charles City who is planning to pursue a career in nursing; or an adult in the metro-Richmond area who is training to become a nurse. Applicants must demonstrate strong academic work, financial need, and a commitment to serving his or her community.

 

Community Foundation – Heather Dayton Memorial Scholarship

Open to high school seniors of Native American descent attending King William High School in King William, VA; New Kent High School, in New Kent, VA; Central High School in King and Queen County, VA; or Charles City High School in Charles City, VA. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to his or her community; academic achievement; financial need; and participation in school activities.

 

Colonial Agricultural Educational Foundation – William R. Davis Memorial Endowment by family and friends

Open to New Kent County graduating seniors pursuing a degree in agriculture, forestry, or education. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

 

Colonial Agricultural Educational Foundation – Roger Gregory, Jr. and Emma E. Gregory Memorial Endowment by Friends of the Gregorys

Open to residents of Charles City, New Kent or King William Counties pursuing a college education to study agriculture, forestry or environmental science. Preference given to previous recipient of this award.

 

Colonial Agricultural Educational Foundation – New Kent County Extension Endowment

Open to graduating seniors from New Kent High School accepted into accredited college/university majoring in agriculture, science, or education. Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and demonstrate school and community involvement.
