Eastern Surfing Association Marsh Scholarship Program
Applicant must be an Eastern Surfing Association current member in good standing. The scholarship is based on academics and citizenship, rather than athletics. An official school transcript is required, along with a letter detailing your future goals. An official application and letter of recommendation are also required.
